• Children’s Ministry Network

• Empowering Women Network

• Executive Pastors Network (XP Network)
  This network is designed for pastors who are serving in the role of Executive Pastor and will provide an opportunity to gather with peers who are in parallel roles in churches of similar size and level of complexity. This network will rotate locations between different churches in the Richmond and Northern Virginia metro area. If interested, contact John Chandler.
  
• High-Potential Leaders Network

• Inner City Turnaround Network

• Innovative Church Network
  Seeker-friendly to seeker-targeted congregations connecting to discuss leadership, evangelism, and emerging ministry practices.  Founded by leaders at Costal Community Church, Powhatan Community Church, Mountain View Community Church, and Atlee Community Church, this network hosted its first conference, “ALIEN,” in February 2007.  For info, contact Hank Brooks.
• Multisite Churches
  Congregations seeking to be “one church in many places,” ranging from well-established multi-sites to churches considering this ministry model.  For info on the model, consultation, connection with practicing churches, and access to training from NewThing, contact Glenn Akins.
• Mustard Seed Network

• Pastors of 300
  Are you lead pastor of a congregation averaging from about 225 to 400 in weekly worship?  Would you like to meet occasionally with other pastors of churches of similar size to work together on issues of staffing, worship planning, leadership development, and how to stay strong spiritually? • Southwest VA Pastors of 200 Network

• Transformational Pastors Network

• Transitional Neighborhoods Network

• Turnaround Churches
  Has your church struggled to get off of the plateau?  Is 100 or 200 in worship attendance a glass ceiling for your congregation?
